MISCELLANEOUS NOTES & COMMENTS

- Kathleen Leeper, competing as an individual in the girls' race, capped off
arguably the most successful season ever by an SPFHS girl by becoming the
first SPFHS girl to compete in the Meet of Champions. She placed 59th overall
in a time of 20:07. Her splits were 6:46 for the first mile, 6:38 for the second
mile, and 6:43 for the last 1.1 miles.
- Chelsea Ley of Kingsway Regional won the girls' race in 17:56.
- Hillsborough captured the girls' team title by one point over Randolph.
- In the boys' race, Joe Rosa of West Windsor-Plainsboro North destroyed his
own course record, running 14:56.
- Don Bosco Prep won the boys' team championship.
